Frequently Asked Questions

  • Will free parking be available?

    • Yes, parking will be free for this event, just enter the main SeaWorld entrance and follow the directional signs to the designated parking area for E2 Day.

  • Is my registration/ticket transferable?

    • Yes, if you are unable to attend, just contact metra@metra.org with the name of the person who will be taking your place.

  • Can I update my registration information?

    • Yes, you should be able to update your registration information.  If you have any trouble with updating information, contact Clark Quackenbush at 407-701-7561

  • Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

    • No, we will check-in attendees electronically.

  • What is the refund policy?

    • Refunds are allowed up until 1 day before the event, and then no refunds will be provided after that.

  • Who can I contact with a question not listed here?
